Tour the Green-Meldrim House
The Green-Meldrim House on Madison Square is open for guided walk-in tours.
Regular Days and Hours
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The last tour begins at 3:30 p.m.
Saturday – 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The last tour begins at 12:30 p.m.
After 125 years, the Green Furniture has returned from France! You can see the furniture, along with historic documents and artifacts during regular house tours through October 21, 2017.
The Green-Meldrim House is closed from mid-December until after New Year’s Day, and all of Holy Week.
PLEASE NOTE: The Green-Meldrim House is the Parish House for St. John’s Church in Savannah and may be closed for church functions. For the most accurate information, please call the house number, 912-233-3845.
- Walk-ins are welcome whenever the house is open.
- Reservations are not needed.
- Tours are conducted in English, and we have brochures in German, French, and Spanish.
Donation for a tour is $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for students and pre-school children are free.
